Daniel Mosquin has a lifelong interest in the natural world. He shares his enthusiasm through his photography of the flora of western North America, his writings about the flora of the world through botany photo of the day weblog and his extensive set of botanical and natural history lectures. In addition to being UBC Botanical Garden's Research Manager, Daniel is a member of many N A plant societies (with a special interest in native and alpine plants). Daniel will be talking about Plants of SW B C and give a quick lecture on taking better photos of plants.
