The West Vancouver Garden Club was founded in 1963, and over the next 6 decades has grown to become part of the heritage of West Vancouver, encouraging knowledge of local plants and gardens and improving our community.
Brian is a "perennial" favourite, because he shares practical tips and ideas. His topic at our March meeting was “Exciting New Trends in Europe” - and our members made sure very few of his exhibits made it back home!
Owen is a horticulturalist at the UBC Botanical Garden, and has worked in gardens across Canada, France and England. His topic at our February meeting was "Monet’s Garden: Working with Light & Colour in the Artists Garden"
On a clear, cold night, a large number of members gathered for our annual Christmas party. Thank you to all the members who participated over the year, and to the volunteers who made this evening such a special celebration.
Thank you to our committee, and to all the volunteers whose tireless efforts guide our club. Your hard work, passion, and commitment do not go unnoticed.
Every garden was spectacular but the work, design and vision was beyond my skill. Thank you for letting us view these wonderful gardens!
Join us on a memorable journey through West Vancouver’s natural beauty at our Open Garden Event. Admire the blooms, get inspiration for your own garden, or simply enjoy a fun day outdoors with other members.
Members of the West Van Garden Club gathered to celebrate summer at the annual Strawberry Social. Cathy's beautiful patio set the stage for a delightful evening filled with laughter and friendship.
